John Stark

John plans and directs the freshwater conservation activities throughout the state, and also contributes aquatic expertise to large-scale conservation initiatives in the eastern and central U.S. He brings 20 plus years of aquatic conservation experience to the Conservancy. Previously, he was employed as the Eastern Ozarks Program Manager working on watershed conservation planning and implementation for the Conservancy in Arkansas. Prior to his first stint with the Conservancy, John was the coldwater leader for the state fish and game agency in Arkansas from 1992-2001.



Expertise
